Men's National Team to compete in Fiji

KIFF has accepted an invite from the Fiji Football Association to make history and become the first national team to compete in the FMF Inter-District Championship (2026 edition). The competition, taking place 6-11 October at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva, Fiji, will give our men's national team a wonderful opportunity to experience competition overseas.

Kiribati has been placed in the 2nd tier of competition (Premier Division) and are in Pool A alongside Seaqaqa FC and Nadroga FC. In Pool B, Tailevu Naitasiri FC, Tavua FC, and the Fiji U17 National Team complete the draw.

We are excited to take part in the competition and look forward to sharing updates from the competition.
